All orders will be sent out within 1-3 business days after you have made your purchase. (Excludes weekends and holidays)

We send all packages through USPS with a tracking number. Once we send out your package, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Once the packages are sent to USPS, it is out of our hands. We cannot tell you when the exact delivery date would be.

If your orders are marked as delivered and you have not received your order you would have to get in touch with your local USPS.

If your packages are sent back to us due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee. Please provide correct and current address.

**Any damage due to shipping needs to be address within 48 hours of delivery. No exceptions.**
